Interior fully renovated 2022. Split unit AC in the living areas and AC in all bedrooms. 2 large bedrooms upstairs (King in one, 2 bunks in the other). 2 smaller cottage bedrooms downstairs (Queen in one, full in the other). 55” TV in the common space, 43” in the master bedroom, and 32” in the first floor Queen bedroom. There is a deck with teak dining set off the back of the house with outdoor shower. The neighborhood entrance to beautiful Ferry beach is at the end of the street..

Summary: Photos do not do this home justice and the location cannot be beat. We spent a wonderful week with extended family with plenty of room to spend together and also find a quiet place to read or nap. The location is a skip to the beach, and walking distance to the marina, Huots for cocktails and live music, the Camp Ellis General Store for coffee of a great sandwich and the Lobster Pot where you can place an order for perfectly steamed lobsters. The home was spotless and clean and so well decorated and homey! We look forward to booking again!
